Colin Schoeneman is Capital’s Senior Salesforce Administrator. He optimizes Salesforce based on the needs of our business users and teams to help our families find happiness in retirement. In 2011, Colin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computational Media and a Spanish minor with highest honors from Georgia Tech. He was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity while at Georgia Tech. In 2012, he obtained a M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia. In 2020, he obtained a UX/UI Design certification from Georgia Tech as well.
Prior to joining Capital, Colin worked for a Health and Human Services company in Reston, VA called MAXIMUS, as a business systems analyst. He then continued his career at Deloitte Consulting in Washington D.C. as a Technology consultant. While at Deloitte, he began specializing in Salesforce administration while working on a large Salesforce team at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He then moved back to the Atlanta area and worked as a Salesforce Admin at a small software consulting company known as SOLTECH in Buckhead for about a year and half before joining CIA. Colin holds 3 Salesforce certifications – Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Service Cloud Consultant.
Colin is from Lawrenceville, GA but currently lives in Midtown Atlanta. He loves to watch and follow all the Atlanta sports teams. He plays social league softball at Piedmont Park on the weekends and bar trivia during the week. He has an adorable Mini Australian Shepherd named Ellie (short for Ellijay) who he takes to the park daily to play frisbee. Colin loves to travel around the U.S. and abroad and has visited over 15 different countries.
