Garrett Weaver is a Tax Manager for Capital’s Accounting & Tax division. He graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Clemson University. After completing his studies, Garrett became a licensed CPA in North Carolina and is currently working on transferring his license to Georgia. Prior to joining this team, Garrett worked at Deloitte, where he specialized in consulting for Investment Management, primarily with major private equity firms. His experience includes working on internationally based funds in real estate, hospitality, and credit, as well as handling ASC 740 for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and an automobile manufacturer.
In his free time, Garrett enjoys spending time with his Golden Retriever, Theodore Roosevelt (Teddy), as well as fishing, running, playing golf, cheering on the Braves and Clemson Tigers, and attending church.
