Hannah Kaplan leads the People Operations Team here at Capital Investment Advisors. With her team, she oversees all aspects of the Team Member experience and partners with our leaders to align people and culture goals to Firm vision and strategy.

Prior to joining CIA, she spent 5 years at a consulting firm in Atlanta focusing on talent acquisition and HR project management.

Hannah grew up in Marietta and attended The University of Georgia, where she studied journalism and mass communications. She now lives in Alpharetta with her husband and enjoys going on walks to the farmer’s market, playing tennis, cooking and baking, and trying new restaurants.
