Teliqua Richards is a People Ops Specialist at Capital Investment Advisors (CIA). In this role, she works closely with the people ops team to ensure processes are running smoothly and the culture of our company is withheld.
Teliqua is from Staten Island and earned her BA in Legal Studies from the College of Staten Island. Prior to joining CIA, she worked as both a Learning and Development Specialist and a Human Resources Assistant.
Teliqua moved to Georgia in 2022 and now lives in Lithia Springs. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her daughter, listening to music, going out with friends, and coordinating events.
